Quinoa Salad

Quinoa-Salad

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup quinoa, cooked
  • Handful green onion, chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese or mozzarella cheese
  • Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Balsamic vinegar, to taste
  • Sunolla Unrefined Sunflower Oil, to taste

Directions:

1 When quinoa is done cooking, pour it into a large bowl and add the green onion, cheese, tomato, cucumbers and salt.
2 Add the Sunflower oil and balsamic vinegar and stir to coat.
